Welcome to Salary Bolt, a digital lending platform operated by IDF Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing, browsing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

• Be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above.
• Possess valid and verifiable KYC documents such as PAN and Aadhaar.
• Maintain an active mobile number and a valid bank account.
• Provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times.
• Salary Bolt reserves the right to decline or suspend access if eligibility criteria are not met or information is found to be inaccurate.

2. Our Services

Salary Bolt provides instant, paperless personal loans and related financial services. All loan products are issued and managed by IDF Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. or its registered lending partners/NBFCs.

• Loan amount, tenure, interest rate, and processing fees depend on your credit profile.
• Terms are determined based on internal risk and credit assessment policies.

3. Loan Approval & Disbursal

• Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval.
• Every application undergoes credit checks, verification, and risk assessment.
• Approved funds are disbursed directly to your verified bank account.
• The Company reserves the right to reject, modify, or cancel applications at its discretion.

4. Charges, Fees & Repayment Terms

• Interest rates, processing fees, and repayment terms are disclosed before loan acceptance.
• Late payments or defaults may attract penalties or collection charges.
• Applicable taxes including GST are charged as per prevailing laws.

5. Repayments & Auto-Debit

• Repayments must be made on or before the due date through authorized payment modes.
• Delayed payments may result in penalty charges and negative credit bureau reporting.
• Collection actions may be initiated in case of continued default.
• By availing a loan, you authorize auto-debit/eNACH mandates as agreed in the loan terms.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us.

• All data is handled in compliance with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.
• Information Technology Act, 2000 is strictly followed.
• Data may be shared with credit bureaus, KYC agencies, and lending partners only for compliance and service delivery.

7. User Responsibilities

• Do not engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Do not provide false, misleading, or fabricated information.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with system operations.
• Violations may lead to suspension, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, visuals, trademarks, and content on Salary Bolt are the property of IDF Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

• Salary Bolt acts as a facilitator and does not provide financial advice.
• Loan approval and timelines depend on verification and internal processes.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party systems or platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

IDF Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, unauthorized access, system failures, or events beyond control. Any liability, if applicable, is strictly limited to the service fee paid.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory, operational, or business changes.Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
